    As you track your food, you may also want to include various nutrients on your tracker. For instance, i make sure I keep track of sodium because i have to take a blood pressure med. I also want to be sure that I eat a BALANCED meal, with enough protein, carbs, etc. Spark trackers are great! Blessings to you on this journey to a healthy lifestyle.
