Because March has NOT been a good weight loss month - even when I've been holding true to my nutrition and exercise program, I'm going to shake it up a bit.
I just signed on to do a 28 bootcamp program. Up to now I've been randomly selecting different videos but now I will go to an outlined program and see if that makes any difference.
