Day 36 of Easter challenge

Because March has NOT been a good weight loss month - even when I've been holding true to my nutrition and exercise program, I'm going to shake it up a bit.

I just signed on to do a 28 bootcamp program. Up to now I've been randomly selecting different videos but now I will go to an outlined program and see if that makes any difference.

    I hope the Bootcamp works for you. You mentioned that your weight loss isn't where you want it to be... How are your measurements and heart rate doing? Have you had a chance to compare blood chemistry? Those might show you some of the progress your looking for too...
