First Day of Spring 2013!

Someone forget to tell "Mother Nature" to bring Spring to my little part of the world!
We woke up to NEGATIVE 14 degrees windchills!!! The air temp was 5 or 6 degrees (depending on source). Our high today is 20! Plus, there is AT LEAST a foot of snow on the ground! Some areas still have mounds 2 or 3 times that where the winds have blown the snow. It's pretty. It's calming and serene at times. But, it's enough already! (This is why seasons should not last longer than 3 months!) lol
I'm closing in on my personal 100-Day Plan for Self-Improvement... I had 7 specific things to improve on in some way. I can honestly say all 7 have some improvement! Some more than others, naturally. ;-) For the things that connect to SP goals directly I have been able to do some form of real exercise every single day for the last 2, almost 3 weeks! AND... I have faithfully tracked it for 14 days now!
I have been tracking my food & drink as well the last 14 days. The tracking tho, I must say, is due to the help from Spark Coach! :) I signed up again - this time getting 3 months FREE for pre-ordering SP's new book THE SPARK SOLUTION. If you need help finding it, let me know, I'll find the link and post it. :) The book has my interest because of my own personal struggles in finding the solution to my weighty-woes! UGH!
UGH! UGH! UGH! Ups, downs, plateaus, highs, lows, good, bad, ugly, and so on... I feel like I can safely say I've lived it all, done it all, been there with every sort of issue that relates to our weight and how we feel about it! It boiled all down ~ like so many other aspects of life ~ to WHAT'S BEST FOR MY BODY. And learning what that was exactly has been - - -
Let's just say it's a journey!
