Good morning Sparkfriends!
A reminder of my goals for this week:
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
-Track food and fitness consistently and stay within calorie range
-Cardio M-W-SAT; Early morning workout (Strength) TUE-THURS
-Earn my LTGL points daily by researching breakfast recipes and making/eating breakfast daily
-continue to incorporate stretching
Yesterday was a good day, too. Maybe I'm breaking the cycle? I drank plenty of water and tried to force myself to eat small "snacks" or "mini meals" throughout the day so I didn't feel starving at night. I tracked my food, and although I went over in my calories, i made pretty good choices and did the best with what I had on hand. I earned my LTGL points by researching breakfast recipes....

I'm on day 3 of that and it's making a difference!!! Yay for breakfast!!
Yesterday was not good for fitting in exercise, though. Too much to do, and not enough hours in the day. I'm going to work on scheduling my workouts as if they were appointments and holding myself accountable to them as if they were appointments. Finding time for myself is near impossible these days, but I have to find a way to keep myself healthy.
Today's intention: Today I dedicate all my good intentions and positive energy to helping others. Gotta spread that
