100 days

Yesterday was my 100 day anniversary of not smoking! Woohoo!

On the weight loss frontier, I have been on a plateau for about a month now and I'm finally starting to see the scale move again. I'm going to need new pants soon or at least a belt.

I ran a 5K on March 9th at just under 32 minutes. Not sure if you call it a personal best if it's only the second one ever and the 1st was 3 years ago, but it is. I finished week 8 of the couch to 5K running plan although I am still not able to run the entire time at the pace I want. I'm going to finish the plan then go back and work on speed in shorter time periods to build up my endurance. The next 5K is scheduled for May 18th and I want to finish in under 30 minutes.

All in all, feeling pretty good today.
