Keep on Pushing!!

Today I went to the gym and wasn't sure what I would workout. I just pushed myself to show up. I ended up doing 4 different excercises for shoulders. 3 stomach excercises and 30 mins cardio. The great thing is I really didn't want to do cardio. I ended up using the treadmill, I did 5 mins warm up, 5 mins run, 10 mins speed walk, 5 mins 10% incline and 5 mins cool down. So happy since I felt amazing afterwards. Whatever stress I was feeling or lack of emotional strength and not being motivated was gone. So happy I pushed myself.
