Today's workout was a blast. I'm able to use elliptical machine without holding the had rail and I can turn it up to 85 %. I'm feeling better and thinking better about myself. I make sure I give myself a 5 min pep talk sometimes twice a day. Everyday I do something to make myself laugh.
sometimes you have to hug yourself instead of waiting on someone else to do it!
