Cabbage soup diet:Day 1

This is actually for yesterday, but my kids kept me busy so I didn't get around to it. I ate four bowls of the cabbage soup, one cantaloupe (the whole thing), one can of peaches (in juice), 2/3 can of pineapple tidbits (in juice), and a rather large handful of red grapes. Today is veggies and soup. Let's see how much I can eat.

    How did you do on the total week of the diet? I am on day 3 now. Day 1 was my hardest. I'm not craving breads, but I want some darn CHEESE!! Let me know, I am curious. I have heard positive results from others.

    The fruit is part of the diet. All I could eat yesterday was fruit and the cabbage soup. Today is veggies and cabbage soup.

    emoticon But watch your calories as sometimes just eating a lot of fruit, you get the calories as well. but it is great you are getting more veggies and fruit in your diet.
