Day #269 - Half way through the week

Yes...I worked out yesterday, although briefly I did what I was suppose to do. 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 45 squats, 16 jacks and weights
Eating was on point all day. Stuck with my smoothies even though I accompanied a co-worker to get chicken tenders and fries (which she says I got her started on
). I drank my smoothie and ate my fruit and veggies throughout the day. Had a sensible dinner and that is a good day. I find myself munching a lot more eating like this. I guess being bored at work don't help. But at least the positive thing is that I'm munching on the healthy snacks that I have stocked at my desk.
Do anyone else have to deal with greedy co-workers? I have a few that see me unpack my daily haul or stock my stash food cabinet and they commence to begging. What gives? Lazy? Cheap? what is it!!!! I have no problem saying no you can't have any. I explain why I bring this stuff in and especially if you're not contributing, replacing or in need I can't help you. As someone who hauls this heavy stuff in daily, weekly on the train and you drive to the front door, I can't help you.
Okay that's my vent for the day
Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and I'm hoping these little changes I've made to my diet will give my stubborn weight loss journey a swift kick in the buttocks. I think this weeks weigh-in will be out office BLC mystery week. Where they give a prize to the front runners for the midway point. It was suppose to be last week but half the people didn't weigh-in.
