So I packed my lunch and snacks yesterday for my seminar in EL.

Packed up clementines and raspberries for snack.
Lunch was broccoli w/shredded cheese
Tempeh Tofu on top
cherry tomatoes

UNFORTUNATELY, as the seminar wore on and got even MORE boring everyone was eating cookies and chips and pretzels. I caved and ate a bag of pretzels emoticon

THEN when I came home I was exhausted from the heavy traffic and hour and a half drive.

ATE: one whole avacoda mixed with black olives, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes.

add in some organic chips and a few kit kats and I was soo mad at myself emoticon

It could have been worse. I went to bed early to get some sleep and prevent myself from getting sick dealing with all the stress.

Woke up this morning happy and not feeling TOO bad. My sinus pressure is gone compared to yesterday and I am going to take my vitamins and eat low carb paleo CLEAN today.

Today I have the tutoring program at the high school and THEN the presentation.

UGH. Getting through it and finding healthy solutions.
