Heading to bed last night, I went to the computer to sync my fitbit. That's when I realized I was just shy of 1,000 steps to reach my 10,000 step goal. So, of course, I couldn't resist throwing on my sneakers and hitting the treadmill and topped out at 10,371 bringing my workout minutes for the day to 201!
It felt good going to bed knowing I got in well over 2 full hours of exercise yesterday.
Today, I plan to continue with the positive thinking and speaking goals. I did pretty good last week...ok, there were a couple of "off" moments; but, for me, it was a very positive week.
I started tracking food again yesterday. Will focus on that goal again today as well.
Exercise goals for today: 3 mile walk at lunch (if I can get around the snowbanks), Day 2 of Insanity when I get home, and then 3 miles on the treadmill. I've started alternating walking and running again. Who knows, maybe I'll get back on track for that half marathon I want to do.
