Finished Tuesday off with a Bang!

Heading to bed last night, I went to the computer to sync my fitbit. That's when I realized I was just shy of 1,000 steps to reach my 10,000 step goal. So, of course, I couldn't resist throwing on my sneakers and hitting the treadmill and topped out at 10,371 bringing my workout minutes for the day to 201! emoticon It felt good going to bed knowing I got in well over 2 full hours of exercise yesterday.

Today, I plan to continue with the positive thinking and speaking goals. I did pretty good last week...ok, there were a couple of "off" moments; but, for me, it was a very positive week.

I started tracking food again yesterday. Will focus on that goal again today as well.

Exercise goals for today: 3 mile walk at lunch (if I can get around the snowbanks), Day 2 of Insanity when I get home, and then 3 miles on the treadmill. I've started alternating walking and running again. Who knows, maybe I'll get back on track for that half marathon I want to do. emoticon
