Help me please!

This WI winter is getting the best of me. I've been eating more calories than I should for almost a week. Now is the time for those Spark Friend pep talks. STAT please. Today I'm going to count calories and eat 1200. This last little bit of weight is harder to lose than all the rest. I'm still getting lots of fitness minutes so that's good. Wish the snow would melt. But if it doesn't there is always skiing.
I just have to remember, all of a sudden the weather will get warm and stay there. Unfortunately it's in no hurry this year.

    Today IS the first day of Spring,even though it may not feel like it yet. Spring gets here every year, and the days go by whether you are on plan or not. On Plan feels a whole lot better when you put your head on your pillow at night.

    Right behing ya, WI sister1 It STINKS right now. BUT the sun is shining. My pal MR. Spot the Wonder Dog and I took a walk early this morning and saw not only his canine companions and their humans (not as many as usual as it's cold, but none-the-less) but we were also rewarded with a beautiful sunrise. And now it's sunny out! That helps snap me out of the Winter Wonks!

    Thanks. I already planned my meals for the day, I have my workout clothes on and I'm going to do the boot camp video and then later I'll walk my dog 5.5 mile even though the high for today is only going to be about 20. Heck in January I would have thought that was warm. You are so right, it will be shorts and swimsuits weather before we know it. emoticon

    Okay let's snap out of this together. I am in a bit of a funk over bad news in my family and overate last night.

    Today is a new day and both of us will be mindful, we will move, drink our water and eat healthy because pretty soon it will be warm and we will be out there thankful that we got our butts in gear!

    Let's do this!
