My Motivation for Today

Well yesterday I blogged about sleep, and then stayed up late, so I got less sleep than usual. But my plan is to go to sleep early tonight, to make up for last night. In spite of too little sleep, I got some cardio in this morning. The old me would have stayed in bed watching the news, and then get up feeling like a slug. Instead I feel energized and am looking forward to the day.
