My Motivation for Today

Well yesterday I blogged about sleep, and then stayed up late, so I got less sleep than usual. But my plan is to go to sleep early tonight, to make up for last night. In spite of too little sleep, I got some cardio in this morning. The old me would have stayed in bed watching the news, and then get up feeling like a slug. Instead I feel energized and am looking forward to the day.

    I slept with the cat in the crook of my arm all night. It didn't make for good sleep. But i didn't have the heart to kick the little rascal out of bed. It was too cute. :) Besides, I've been sleeping for like four days now...haha :)
