Good Morning Friends!
It's another blustery morning here, a perfect day to make a big pot of soup! Today, I will make one of my favorites. My soup will have a little of all of the fresh veggies I have on hand: carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, red peppers, green peppers, zucchini, fresh parsley. I will either add water or low sodium vegetable stock a bit of salt, pepper, thyme and basil. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 30 minutes or so. What a great way to get lots of veggies without a lot of calories! Add some chicken to your serving and now you have your protein too!

I'm off to workout then do the school run. Next, hubs and I will get to watch DGD for a bit. Then, we will hit the "Y" and hubs will swim and I will probably walk the track since I'm doing my workout now.
