I'm being judgemental today...

Not trying to be too judgemental ....but I am curious.
these popped up on my screen last week in the advertisements.
and my reaction was emoticon

Yesterday LULULEMON hit the news with their recall on too sheer yoga pants.
Their stock took a nose dive.
But I have a question.
Considering the fact that people see what they are about to wear (or buy)
and considering that people have been known to wear all manner of
flimsy fabric...why the recall?
Did the people suffer life tramatizing embarrassment
wearing sheer yoga pants to exercise class not knowing the possibilities,
that sheer material would be too revealing?
Do these people not wear underwear? What's the story?
Hell....I've even seen pictures of famous celebrities wearing sheer gauzy skirts with no slip underneath in public....and their legs were totally visible.
Princess Diana comes to mind.
Where's the Civil Liberties Group to uphold our rights to freedom of choice.
Where's Sarah Palin...why isn't she wearing sheer yoga pants to make a statement?
{...Am I being too sarcastic?....okay, I'll stop ranting...}

I don't have any food porn pictures today but I made myself the absolute best mock fried rice dish ever, last night.

Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Ginger Powder, .5 tsp
Garlic powder, .5 tsp
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, 2 cups chopped
Egg, fresh, 2 large
cooked Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed, chopped (about 2 cups)
Brown rice (2 cup cooked),
*Green Onion - Raw, chopped, 0.25 cup

serves 6 (2 cups each) about 260 calories

In a large skillet I added the oil on med heat
added the carrots, celery, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and then about 1/3 cup water ... let that cook a 5 minutes
added the chickpeas and cabbage, maybe another 1/3 cup water...let that cook 3 minutes, covered
make a little corner in the pan and let the scramble egg cook there,
throw the chopped chicken over the veggies, cover and cook 2 minutes
finally mix in the 2 cups cooked brown rice cook covered 1 minute
and top with chopped scallions. and serve
