A group I am in somone asked about staying in for the long haul here is some of what I posted though it would be good in my blog for the day.
Good morning good week so far! had the munchies last night kept them in check! went for a walk to get away from the fridge. thankyou for the nice comments
The long haul is interesting.I am constently adding things changing things. I go to my doctor once a month to get weighed we compar notes. He was a very large man who lost alot of weight he started too late though and dietabeties took some of his toes. Just that is modivation to get my life in check befor there is no turning around. We have had 3 biggest losser challenges at work are on our forth since I started this. We do about 2 months at a time the person with the highest percentage off is the winner. I won the other ones however this time everyone is trying harder to beat me. Which is awsome I enjoy the challege. Having suppport is huge at work, home,in life. For Excerises work has a gym brought in a trainer for us 2 times a week so we do not hurt our selfs. everything she teaches we can do at home. I buy used work out dvds and try different recipes from spark people. Advice I can give take this road SLOW!! It took years to put on years to take off. Hope this helps. Everyone have a great day!
