A quiet day here just chores and we have the Chancellor’s Budget here today and DH will be glued to the TV so I get a long solo work with some music…..some me time
Me time is important. Our Finance Minister brought down the new budget yesterday too. No surprises, but lots of unhappy people as mortgage interest rates are going up. Glad we're retired and able to pay all our expenses without using credit, because I'm sure our pension increases won't match the increase in interest rates.
yes enjoy your me time we never can get enough of it. it was 35 and icing out this morning in connecticut. this afternoon the sun was shining on my walk with the dog no ice yeah!!! spring is coming we just need to wait for it and enjoy the here and now till it gets here
Yup the radio said it was spring, but it is a huge snowstorm, not super cold but man some pretty big drifts out there. ALlie loved it, me not so much cos my back and knee weren't wanting to walk the drifts. So thinking that was the super pain on monday, 2 days prior yet again. Just call me jamie the barometer - soon noone is going to know what we are talking about lol
It may be officially Spring, but Mother Nature is saying otherwise. We are getting snow here today and tomorrow. Hopefully Friday will be clear and sunny and warmer. Have a great day, CAZ!!
