New totals for the month. It is not pretty....but it is reality.

New totals...

NOT doing well, but today is a new day! Staying focused and positive. Am I happy about these totals? NO. Will I give up? You guys know me well enough to know I am sticking with this...through thick and thin!!

Miles - 25.94/50
Pull ups - 9/50...unassisted
Push ups - 320/1,000
Burpees - 85/500
Weight loss - It was 1.6 lbs but as of today....none. It is what it is.....

    I just wanted to tell you that during some of my lowest times (as far as even caring about my body image, my weight and fitness) YOUR BLOG was one I would read. I was just *OVER* all things related to weight loss. Jaded. There was a glimmer of hope when I would read your blog and look at your photos. You inspired me, and still do!

    Jen, forgive yourself and keep moving forward. You didn't slide off the wagon overnight and you will need time to get back to where you were. If losing weight and getting in shape were as easy as typing up a set of goals, we'd all look fabulous! You are not that far off track on your mileage goal, and you can probably accomplish 75% of the push ups by the end of the month. As for Burpees (yuc) and pull-ups (quadruple yuc) maybe you are just the victim of your own natural overly ambitious personality. emoticon If falling short of your goals is unthinkable, then maybe the lesser of two evils would be to adjust your goals to something that seems attainable from today's vantage point. You are an inspiration. Keep it up Jen! emoticon
