I get nervous sometimes when I'm going to work in a situation that I'm not used to. That is what I will be doing this week. The goal is to make others lives easier and when you are being trained in on new skills it doesn't always have that effect. It is worth doing though, and practice will improve abilities. :) Praying.

I completely agree with the other two ladies. It is perfectly okay to be a little nervous. That means that you do care about performing well on the job. The nerves will probably go away within the first few days. I will be praying for you also. And also, look at this as an opportunity to experience something new. This could be really awesome for you and for those whom you encounter. emoticon

emoticon I think some degree of nervousness is natural for many of us when approching new situations---take a few deep breathes and do it.

I'm often nervous beforehand. I hope the nerves disappear once you are there and get busy learning your new skills.
