Waitng on my fitbit .. YAy

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Ok so according to Amazon my box that has my fitbit in is in my town so I should get it tomorrow.. i am so excited. Today is day 192 .. woohooo ... and still don't know what I will get for my day 200.
Heart Dr was not happy last week. My stress level is still way to high and is causing em other problems. He had them do an Echocardiogram on my neck, chest and legs ( all the major arteries) , I get the results on two weeks , he also ordered a Electromyogram (EMG) on my legs , he had one on my arms in Jan , but the guy did not do my legs and he wants them done.. also he is more worried about the knee and ankle that keep buckling.
Gabe is in the CAP program and is doing well , he likes it. The Dr seen him yesterday and called me , We are changing mes a little , I am hoping it works, and we got his appt with the Dr that will do the dignoses in April. The they will start his mobile therapy and his TSS worker. I am hoping it will all help. He seems to be doing well.
Boe is growning up and acting his age .. he is really starting to become a very nice young man.
Dani is having bloody noses off and on for a couple weeks now , I took her to the DR today and the inside of her nose is all raw and open.. saline drops for two weeks if it don't clear up .. off to ENT.
Most everything is looking up. Keep Sparking.

Love my fitbit -- At first I seldom got over 10,000, now I often get over 15,000. It is a fun little motivator to move just a little bit more.

One of my little tricks -- when I get up from my desk, I see what the number is, and I make sure while I am up to walk it up to the next big number (either next 100, or next 1000, depending on the value).

Good luck with the EMG and the echos. Hope all is well. Glad that Gabe is liking the CAP program. Good luck with getting the diagnoses for him too! surely hoping that the TSS worker and hone therapy works. It IS stressful.

Hope the saline helps the nose. Heating during the winter really dries up the nose and sinuses. **SIGH** Good luck.
