For the final four weeks of this round of BLC I will be eating cleaner. I need to have a real good salad once a day. I will also add more fresh freggies to my snacking rather than some of the other foods that I have been reaching for.
I will pull out my Jillian DVD's and get working out with her again now that Biggest Loser is not on. I will also do a Bob workout at least once a week.
