Great Day!

I am still here and taking it slow. I am struggling with getting enough exercise in the afternoons. I did do the ellipital for 30 minutes today. I am trying to get myself back on track since time has changed. I have a doctors appointment on tomorrow and will see what my current weight is. I feel real good about the changes that I have made and will try to stay consistent and not worry about the scale.

Just do what you can when you can. Sometimes we think we have to get so many minutes in when we might be able to adjust our intensity a little. Not any frenzied stuff lol. With a made up mind you'll get to your goals in due time. Like I always say God puts His effort with what we do in anything. Enjoy a great day!

    Consistency is my key focus. I'm almost to 365 days/one year of being consistent. I haven't loss much weight but I have remained on the journey. Your 30 minutes was success. As you remain in the race those 30 will turn into much, much more! Hang in there.
