I watched the new season of DWTS as I did my stat bike emoticon .tonight I'm going to watch reality tv on ABC.I'll get on my sta bike for `1 hour at 8pm.I've seem to be stuggling with not overeating lately.I'm not sure if I should start my not binge/compulsive eat counter over again.My weight is yo-yoing about 6 lbs cause of it.I'm not eating junk/sweets or trashy foods either.I'm overeating foods on my plan.Don't know If I'm making sense.My portions are too big and snacking a little too much lately.I've been a little lazy with the exercise too.That's why I make myself get on my sta bike while watching tv and going to have a smaller snack too.my shows are about to come on.I'll let you know how tonight goes

    Watching TV while on the treadmill or stationary bike is a good way to get your exercise in and not be bored.

    If you are struggling at meal times to keep the portion size down try using a smaller plate. Thats what I do and because the plate is full my brains still thinks its getting the same amount, mind games but it works! Also try to keep your water intake up as that can stop you from feeling the need to overeat.

    Great that yiu are using tv tkme to exercise, wish I had a bike or treadmill to use at home. Stay positive Yiu can do it!
