Happy Happy Happy

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Good evening Spark family and I am so happy that I am down 11 pounds!!! I have so much energy today and, believe it or not, my thinking is soooooo much clearer. I am a nurse so I am able to move around more. I cant just stand in one place without doing a lunge, squat or some other body movement. I am so incredibly thankful for this site. I am so thankful for all of your comments and support to my last blog. You are all an amazing group of people. Never have I ever been so motivated for change. I was so tired of the fear and the excuses of being obese eg."big boned", "its genetic", "you have a pretty face" and so on and so on. And the the over-confidence of things-----I was so confident on the inside however it didnt reflect on the "outside". I love dancing but I wouldnt be able to walk the next morning and then of course, the gallbladder removal this January. In the midst of it all, I am happy ,Blessed and alive and persevering . I pray that we all endure and finish this race. That when we fall we get back up, dust off and face another day. And BEEEEEEE HAPPPPPPY. Til next time

Congratulation on your accomplishments including the weight loss. I've actually gained 4 lbs since I joined Spark but have lost inches. The weight loss will come I believe. I understand why this is happening and will continue with my weight and fitness plans instead of giving up like in the past. Like you, I have so much energy. I believe it's because I'm eating right. I started going to the gym 3 times a week.
