2 SP workout videos completed & 10 mile jog/walk.

I stayed within my nutritional limits.

It wasn't easy after 8 hours of a desk job. But, I'm determined to keep the streak alive. It's made a significant difference with my stress level. I have more energy. I'm getting stronger.

I'm going to go to bed early tonight!

    You are amazing! 10 miles is wonderful! I feel especially glad too that you went to sleep early. Balancing both sleep and 10 miles is amazing!!!!

    That is so awesome. I don't see how you do so much. I am on my feet at work for 8 -9 hours a day then come home fix dinner then try to get at least an hour for workout. No way could I do 10 miles. However you inspire me to try to do a little more.
