Yesterday, my cousin died of Huntington's Chorea. She had been in a nursing home and was in hospice. The day before, a friend died. She also was in hospice. Neither was unexpected but still the pain and loss are there. So there will be 2 funerals later this week - one on Thursday and the other one on Saturday.

I am sorry you are having so many deaths at one time. Death just seem to be rolling around us. It is almost like another piece of our puzzle of our life has been lost - but really is hasn't been lost. The memories wil be there with you.

May God comfort and in His comforting, may you comfort others. emoticon emoticon

Celebrate their lives by remembering and sharing the fun memories collected during their life. After my father died while we were climbing a mountain I was full of guilt that he was on my hike and died. We had to wait to receive his body for NM to do an autopsy since he died outdoors on a mountain. This wait was a burden as I had the two youngest children on the trip with me while DW had the other on a trip in Europe. After we were able to have a funeral the family went to a restaurant and shared our memories and our collect spirits were lifted.
