week 1 day 2.. im still sparkin!

here we are! day 2! this morning i didnt have a lot of time for breakfast so i had a bowl of whole wheat cherrios with skim milk, for lunch i had a turkey sub on wheat ( lots of veggies!!!), an orange, grapes and skim milk, for a snack i had low fat string cheese and raisons. suppers i always struggle with... i live with my parents still and i dont want to be rude about it. i realized i can still eat most of what they eat... just in smaller servings. tonight i had mac n cheese! :) (only 1 helping!)\... its actually getting a bit easier too! todY at the gym i actually BRISKlY walked 1.4 miles (about 30 min). each day gets a little easier! i cant wait til monday when i weigh in again! any advice on how to handle night time hunger? tht seems to be where i want to eat. a lot. lol. any suggestions? :)
