...how this "fruits n' veggies n' Weight Watchers" thing turns out. I had a weekend of diet depression and pretty much did what I wanted and ate what I wanted. Yesterday I decided to make a huge part of my daily intake fruits and veggies since W.W. has most as 0 points. I feel a little lighter - through rumbly - so when I weigh in tomorrow there just might be a change.

I sure hope so. Noone can argue with a good intake of plant life, and for my mental health this needs to become and REMAIN all about health, and not about weight loss. I need the encouragement on the scale though.

Tracking on two separate sites has been "interesting". Then I head over to the Fitbit site and see what they have to say.

    It takes awhile to break old eating habits! At least it did in my case and several others I have heard from. I love fruit and veggies now! Took me a year to get to liking them on a daily basis!
    I want to see the scale move too...it is being stubborn. I need the weight off of these bad knees of mine!!!
    One day, one step, one goal at a time! Just stick with it! Don't beat yourself up over a bad day here or there, we all do that and it doesn't hurt you in the long run...just get back on track.
    I always feel if you have a day like that, just look up your maintanence calorie ranges at freedieting.com and just stay within that limit! I do that on the weekend sometimes or at a party.

    I'm having a similar week, sort of. I'm all eggs and veg or meat and veg for my meals. I realized I repeated a pattern this month, after the fact - PMS, get p*ssed off at everything, eat lots of refined carbs, feel like horrible. You'd think I'd learn to avoid that!
    Anyway, I'm curious to hear what your results are. I'm actually down 0.2 which is sort of funny given how off-track I was the last 7 days. D*mn these bodies and their machinations anyway!
