Goal #4

My Goals:
Goal #1 - Lose 10% of body weight
Goal #2 - Lose 50 pounds
Goal #3 - Weigh less than 200 pounds
Goal #4 - Lose 100 pounds

I accomplished Goal #4 today. For some reason, I'm not excited as I think I should be. After cheating last week and not exercising, it's a hollow victory.

But on a postive note, I tried Ripped today. It's cardio, intervals, and weight training. I liked it. There is a time constraint; I only have 1/2 hour to get from the gym to my house for my piano lesson. But I will try it again.

I'm judging a science fair tomorrow. So off to bed.....

    emoticon emoticon Way to go on reaching your 4th goal and hitting a huge milestone, it may feel like a hollow victory right now, but it's huge take a moment to reflect all the positive changes and choices you've made over the past year and rejoice in them....and buy a new pretty dress... I always think of you as the pretty dress (a blog you wrote way back when)

    Remember that one "bad" week does not erase all the hard work you have put into becoming a healthier person. I applaud the fact that you admitted getting off track and have refocused what you need to do to continue reaching your goals! So, I say, emoticon !
