As you know my goals was to begin Insanity from the start again. I had actually gotten through the entire first 5 weeks before I started falling apart. I don't think I was physically ready for Round 2. So now, I'm starting Round 1 over again. I got such great results during round 1 and I'm hoping those will continue and by the end i'll be ready for round 2.
Today was Day 1. It went very well. 43 minutes of pure hell! But, I did it! Then, just because I was feeling daring, I hopped on the treadmill and cranked out 45 minutes at 3.5mph. It felt good to feel like I am heading in such a more positive direction. So, all in all, I got in 88 minutes of cardio today!
After that workout, I decided it was time to get back to logging my food (even if I'm not getting enough in maybe it will help me get past the GI distress of eating). So I logged my breakfast that hubby made and INSISTED that I would sit there until I ate it. So, I did. Not the healthiest going but it went in and stayed down. That's a good sign today! Now he's preparing talapia, and red beans and rice, with a veggie. More than I meal in a day is hard to do but I'll try.
