Was on the road all day, but did get in 25 minutes C25K training, 20 minutes on the bike and 45 of racquetball before I left. Drank 13+ glasses of water today. I know every rest stop between here and California!
Drinking too much water isn't good. I don't know what too much is. I know my husband had his potassium go funky and it was because he'd drunk too much water. Just be careful is all.
