I usually start out the challenge with big plans and several goals. I think at times I lose my way and forget some of the goals I set.
For that reason I have one goal and one goal only:
1. LOG MY FOOD DAILY
Of all the slip ups and trip ups I have along the way, this is the major reason for failing to meet my goals. If I don't log my food, I have a tendency to either make inappropriate choices, or overdo the portion size.
If I can remember and accomplish this one goal, I think the rest will fall in place.
