Today was a good day!

I woke up this morning and went to the gym! It felt incredible to actually get up and go like I've been saying I would for months now! I finally did it & I'm so glad I did! I'll be waking up & going tomorrow morning also, and then I'll be going again in the evening to meet my husband after he gets off work!

Today, I went to the gym & dropped my kids off at kids club, then went to the locker room. I got all my stuff ready & then sat and stretched my legs for about 5 minutes. First up, I did the elliptical for about 5 minutes...I was really moving and did almost a half mile in that time, but my sports bra sucks and my chest started hurting. So, I went to the treadmill and did .75 miles which took about 20 minutes. Then I went and did the ab crunch machine. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each at 35lbs. & then I did the oblique twist machine for 3 sets of 10 reps at 70 lbs. And then to cool down/finish off I did the stair step machine for 5 minutes at level 4! I felt GREAT and after I went to sit in the sauna for about 10-15 minutes! I can't wait to go back tomorrow morning! :)
