The past 2 days have been awesome! I have been really pushing myself at SWEAT. It helps when you have a kick@ss partner!
Monday we did legs: Squats, KB single arm swings, battle ropes, pull ups, deadlifts, sprints with band.
Today we did shoulders/core: pushpress, sumo squat to high pull, tricep dips, TRX decline pushups, lunges with KB.
The kids have been agreeable to work with. I have not let any of their little antics get under my skin.
I also got the pups out for a super sunny 2.25 power walk.
Time to make shrimp stir fry!
