Ever since October, I have been packing on the pounds. I don't know why, but I do know that my eating is out of control. I want to stop, but can't...or I don't know how.
Here's what's going on:
October - I got married and we went on a lovely all inclusive vacation where I gained 3 pounds. I thought no big deal, I can lose them.
November - Thanksgiving. I still haven't lost those 3 pounds and I added 2.
December - Chirstmas - I added another 3.
January - I quit smoking. I gained 3 pounds week 1! I decided to cut back on my smoking and work on my dieting. NOTHING!
February - I had a little success, but mostly just stayed even.
March - my mom was in the hospital and I was eating out and choosing comfort food. I had to take my husband to the ER clinic, so again eating bad and late.
I went to the Endocrinologist today related to my thyroid. We're going to try adjusting my medication and see if that helps. Lord, please let it.
I started using my ultimate weight watchers app yesterday to track my food/portions. Not too bad, I went over by 3 and I went to the gym and had 8 exercise points. :) I am tracking my food today as well. With a little planning, I hope to have a good week.
