So we ate mouldy cheese by mistake on Sunday and i have been feeling crappy ... Headache, upset stomach and chills...Plus Mother Nature is visiting. So no Gym so far this week... emoticon ..... I am upset cause i only have 26 weeks til my BFF's wedding and dont what to lose the track that i am on...Do i push even though i am not well or do i do what i can and rest?
I was restarting this week putting a great plan into action....But i dont want to push my body when i am feeling this way....
The new plan is 30 mins at home everyday 20 mis on Stationary Bike and a 10 min run...plus my Gym 3 times a week and Walking at least 3 days for 20 mins each..... hope this passes soon!

    Listen to your body. If you need to rest, simply rest. Watch what you are eating, stay within your calorie ranges, drink plenty of water and the rest will sort it self out.
