I did well on eating yesterday and today. I am eating a little over my calories, but staying under my goals in fat. Before I had been going way over in fat, but I have made better choices. I am trying to get back to drinking my water, I was doing well on this a month ago, and suddenly it became a chore.

I exercised today, I walked a mile on the treadmill.

    Great that you were able to exercise today and stay on track with fat! I know the water can be a problem. I have been trying to drink a glass or 2 before each meal, but I often forget. I keep trying! Don't give up!
