Day 474- Quick Update

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

I'm doing fine, though the scale says I'm back up to 188. It's just ridiculous. I cannot get past 185 apparently ever.

Anyways, I'm trying real hard to get work done on my final seminar paper which has to be 30-50 pages long by Graduation. Obviously I have to turn it in before graduation so I have about 7 weeks. I'd like to finish it sooner rather than later, so I can focus on other things in my life. If I could finish it within the next 2 weeks, I'd be SO happy.

We shall see. Just trying to stay connected on here without spending the 2-3 hours I can end up spending reading blogs and articles. Hope you all are having a great week.

JM...hurry home (safely) & pick your Dad's brain... that would be great if you could finish up your paper in the next couple of weekends, esp. if you come home...Take care...Love you madly...

Have a great week. don't worry about the scale as much try to do more strength training. wait may not go down as fast but you will lose inces and it will help it come down eventually.
