As much as I have talked about what I eat lately, and changing those bad habits into good ones, I also need to talk about working out.

I really should love working out.

I used to LOVE to move and sweat.

However, lately, even though I do it, I just need to adjust my attitude. I think my biggest hinderance to working out is that I need to start really being happy that I can. And then I need to start getting up in the morning.

I have a hard time waking up early. Not because I'm not a morning person, I am, and I like working out early. My problem is my lack of sleep. I'm trying to get at my sleep to keep my weight loss on track, since all of those seem to have a factor in it.

I think I am going to start getting up early. I prefer to work out in the mornings anyway.

If I get used to it again, it will start helping me have more energy for my workout, because I'm not as drained during the day!!

And I also want to adjust my attitude. Some people can't workout, for whatever reason.

I need to start being grateful that I can!

    Great way to look at things. I think you will sleep even better getting more workouts in! Working out regularly does help you get into a deeper sleep : )!
