Well today is day 8, only 2 more days and I will be able to start level 2! So excited and ready for a new workout.
I am definitely noticing the changes from day 1. I have a bit more endurance and I'm not quite as sore. Although I know once I start level 2 it's going to probably feel like I am starting the whole thing all over again.
I am really enjoying this DVD though. It's a nice quick workout but it really gets done what it needs. I love how Jillian mixes the cardio, strength and abs into it.
Those Bicycles Crunches are a killer though! I HATE bicycle crunches but when I am doing them, I am really amping it up and putting 120% into it because I know that because of the soreness it gives my ab muscles that they are doing me some good. I am really hoping to see the measurement around my waist/stomach lower when I am done with this. (Especially with all of these crunches!)
I'm also loving the fact that my boyfriend is still doing it with me and plans on finishing it with me! It's great to workout together!
Going bowling tonight so gunna get more of a workout in!! And have fun doing it!
