Buckling down

The past three days, I've really taken things to a new level, both in the gym and by tightening up my diet. I am doing everything exactly as I should be, and I'm seeing results. Over the weekend I measured my arms, and was shocked to discover that I've lost 2 inches off of each arm in the past 6 weeks! I've always really coveted strong muscular arms and shoulders, so seeing that sort of progress is really motivating for me!

On Saturday, we leave for a week long road trip. I'm definitely concerned, both about the amount of exercise I'll realistically be able to attain while on the go, and also about eating at restaurants every day. I'll find a way to be successful, though. Nothing's going to stop me now!
