Weekly Update Blog 11 of 52

So I haven't been super consistent with my weekly update blogs every Sunday because I've been so busy. But, I have been very consistent with workibg towards my weight loss goals. I've been working out and continuing ti train for a 5k. I'm hoping to run an actual 5k in May. It would be nice to have one of my resolutions out of the way before the year is even half way over! In other news... my skinnyrules book has really helped my clean up my diet. I have been eating super clean and healthy for 2 weeks bow and I really notice a great increase in energy. My body just feels healthy. Buy this book people! I also noticed that I really don't crave sugar or salt anymore which for me is awesome. My diet has always been the weakest link in my weight loss efforts and I feel like I finally have a handle on it now!

My goals for the remainder of the week are to workout every day the rest of the weekand continue clean eating until Friday which is my bday and I will be having my planned weekly cheat meal. After that one cheat it's right back to clean eating!
