Last year I gained more then 20 pounds. I wondered how and why I gained that. I thought I wasn't doing so bad. I have been trying to lose weight since October and wondering why I wasn't losing any, I was starting to think there was something wrong with me. I started saying I probably have issues with my thyroid. There is something wrong with me, I wasn't seeing what was really happening. I wasn't making enough changes to lose weight.
I recently started tracking my calories and what I saw was shocking. I was eating like 2800 calories each day, I probably leave out a lot of stuff too. To be realistic I eat more then 3000 calories a day. It might sound like an excuse but I had NO IDEA. I can't even imagine how many calories I was eating before I started my so called diet lol No wonder I gained so much weight.
Aside from all those calories I eat daily, I don't excercise, I just can't get into the habit again. I try, I suscribe into gyms, go for walks but the habit doesn't stick.
There is one good thing about all of this though, I WILL NEVER STOP TRYING. I have learned so much here about what I really eat and I really need to start excercising. It might take time but I will reach my goal!
