OK, so I've only been on maintenance for a while, but I just can't seem to figure it all out. I'm eating more and exercising more (since I currently have the time). I feel like it's all evened out. Unfortunately the scale doesn't agree. So others told me not to add too much food right away, to start slowly. I'm doing that, and it's still not helping. It's making me wonder if I should bother with maintenance or not. I just feel stuck and don't know what to do.
