So Spring is literally right around the corner and I have been reviewing all of my habits, good and bad. I feel that I am actually doing really well. My eating I would say is on track 5 out of 7 days which I think is great. My workouts I have always just done what felt right and also making sure I incorporated a little bit of everything like cardio, weights, stretching and yoga. So since I work out primarily to dvds I took the next step to hold myself more accountable. I organized a fitness routine for this week and so far 3 days into I am right on track! I am now going to further look into a "cleanse" that I can incorporate in April. I need something that I can do while at work also. I say this cause I entertained the thought of a juice cleanse and while I can juice at home I can not at work and to me juice does not taste well after it sits for a bit. So if anyone has any ideas I am all ears, even if it's just a link.
