From 3 to 5~ my underarm attack

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

I have weird Trouble Zones these days.

In the past, I only had a problem with my thighs. I hated them, would not wear shorts for Years.

Now, my thighs are ok ( huh, what?!) thanks to a lot of walking, & Jillian Michaels dvds making me do a million squats ect., plus all those other things.
Tough, painful , wonderful things. She is heavy on the leg training.

I now worry about my tummy, & weirdly- my underarms.

I do not like my Lady Pecs, they are squishy in the underarm area. Which means no spaghetti straps,
no strapless dresses- which cancels out a lot of the cutest sundresses- & Summer IS coming!

So I have upped my free weights from 3 lbs to 5lbs. I feel a little sore, so something is happening.
Will let you know!

For abs try Jackie Warner Extreme work out. I was amazing how quickly there was a difference in my abs. You will love it.

Interestingly enough, I heard a radio show about this phenomenon....they're called "Hello Bettys" which I though was pretty funny!

At my absolute skinniest, being in decent shape (schlepping a gigantic portfolio around the Boston subway system), I had arm flaps. Three kids later, I've added jiggle gut to my arm flaps. I feel your pain.

I don't like my arms either and didn't when I was thin. My muscles are too big no matter what. I seem to never be satisfied with my body not matter what though. I think it's common to always find something wrong.

Sadly, I am old enough that there is virtually no elasticity left in my arms. No matter how much I exercise, I will always have batwings!! Silly thing is that I can feel the muscle underneath!!
