Imagine...

I am sort of day dreaming here.. but one of my assingment today is to imagine yourself healthy.. how would I feel .. well now that is a sort of a hard one for me its been so long I have not been healthy that I have forgotten what it is like to feel healthy.. now a day when I do any kind of continuous activity I feel it I huff and puff.. pains on my legs start up.. well now if I were healthy I would be active all the time with out getting tired so easy.. now if I could play a simple game of baseball or basket ball with my boys that really would make me happy.. to be able to help my husband mow the lawn.. would be great he would finish faster.. now on the looking in the mirror now that would be a treat to put any clothes and not worry about nothing bulging out.. now taking those feelings and putting into action by whenever I feel a craving coming on think on those feelings.. to pick myself up and walk a little further.. to stop the pops drinks.. its been 2 weeks without it to pick up a fruit to snack on .. add more veggie on my meals as well as cook more at home... I think that I am on the right path with a little healthy imagination ...

    You're definitely on the right track by eating healthy! I tell everyone to take baby steps; otherwise, it can be overwhelming. Congrats for staying away from soft drinks.

    the more you walk the easier and the faster you will go. soda is the worst thing on the planet to drink so i am happy that you are getting rid of that keep adding the veges. you are on the right path you will get there. keep it up for a couple months and you will really start to feel a differnece.

    Absolutely on the right path!!! Once you set your mind to making changes, it doesn't take long to see results. I am ALWAYS amazed at how far I've come in such a short time . . . no, I'm NOT perfect . . . and never will be . . . but I am feeling SOOOOOO much better. And you will too.
