Monday March 18 Goals:
1.) Track my Food
and I stayed in my calorie range!
2.) Get 20 min on the Eliptical
I actually squeezed in 30 min
3.) Read one chapter of new current book
went for the extra time on the eliptical
4.) Get to bed by 10:00 to watch Lost Girl and sleep.
made up to bed a little after 10 and watched Lost Girl and straight to sleep (missed the end, but I recorded it)
5.) Drink all my water
it was close but remember at the last minute and finished up my bottle.
Goals for Tues 19 March
1.) Track all my food
2.) Finish my in-laws taxes without fighting
3.) Drink all my water
4.) Sneak in some exercise time (this will tough with my in-laws coming over)
5.) Read one chapter of my book
This seems to be working. At least I feel better!
