Push beyond Your Comfort Zone!

Sometimes life is hard and making health choices seems harder at these times. Chances are when you dont feel like working out those are the days when you need to push play the most. I have days like that often. But, I find that after I pushed play and completed the workout I am glad I did. Sometimes we need to step out of our comfort zone when it comes to eating as well. For example; you go to your fav restaurant with your friends and they always order the same thing. You start mulling around the idea to get a salad or the chicken breast and fresh veggies. Then starts the all to familiar encouragement to cheat. They usually only do this so they do not feel guilty for ordering the unhealthy food next time. I say that even though it is hard order the healthier option. If you start ordering healthy everytime they will too. Not only are you changing yourself but you are leading by example. Sometimes you should treat yourself, but treating yourself too often can be a slippery slope. Trust me , I know I have been on that slide one too many times. I hope you have a great day. Peace.
