3. a healthy life
And whenever we talk about what we want out of life, we MUST also discuss our strategies on how to obtain those things that we want. In this case, i'm going to discuss how i'm going to obtain a healthier lifestyle.

2.1 Currently it is set at 1300-1800 cals
3. Burn 7500cals a week (this should give me a 2lb loss each week)
4. Reach my monthly goals (Currently March)
4.1 Complete 125 miles walking/running...completed 71.21 miles
4.2 Complete 2600 crunches...completed 2430
4.3 Complete 3100 Squats...completed 1705
I started January 5th 2011 at 320lbs
On January 3, 2012 i weighed in at 301.8lbs
Today i weighed in at 267lbs
That's a total loss of 53lbs...IN TWO YEARS!
I work my @ss off everyday! But i turn around and eat those calories i just burned. I self sabotage myself all the time. I put in all of this effort to get in shape and i mess it up by stuffing my face with things that won't help me progress along.
So i guess i'm starting over...again...today. I've tracked my meals for the day and i end up right under 1500 calories. PERFECT! And if i do get hungry, i still have 300 calories for a light snack. I'm working out tonight and should end up burning right around 1000 calories.
I LOVE that i can wear smaller clothing. I went from a tight 26 to 18/20's tops. I went from a 26 to a size 20 jeans. I love that! But now i want the size 18 jeans and size 16 tops.
I will get there, i just need to make sure that my efforts out weigh my wants.
